Refund & Cancellation

At Dodee LLC, we are committed to delivering exceptional conversion engines for high-ticket local services. Because we immediately allocate highly specialized design, copywriting, and development hours upon slot reservation, we operate under a strict refund and cancellation policy.

1. Non-Refundable Deposit Policy

The 30% slot reservation deposit ($177.00) is non-refundable.

When you click "Reserve Slot" and complete checkout via our secure Stripe gateway, our team immediately initiates:

• Analysis of your business goals and competitive service advantages.
• Strategic headline and copy drafting by our conversion copywriters.
• Visual section mapping and mock grid layout setups.

Because these labor resources are dedicated immediately, we cannot offer refunds on deposits once a slot is secured.

2. Performance Guarantee

If Dodee LLC fails to deliver the initial visual draft within 7 business days of receiving all your required brand assets (logo, vector files, domain information, etc.), you are entitled to request:

• A 100% full refund of your $177.00 deposit, OR
• An immediate slot priority acceleration with one additional revision round free of charge.

3. Balance Settlement & Project Approval

Once you approve the live visual draft, the remaining 70% balance ($420.00) is settled. Upon balance settlement, files are finalized, assets are transferred, and/or hosting is deployed. No refunds are available under any circumstances after the remaining balance has been paid and assets have been delivered.

4. Project Cancellation

You may cancel your landing page build at any time before final approval by notifying us in writing. Upon cancellation, the $177.00 deposit remains forfeited, and you will not be billed for the remaining $420.00 balance. All design drafts, visual mockups, and copy frameworks created during the project remain the exclusive intellectual property of Dodee LLC.
