Terms of Service

Welcome to Dodee LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), a registered New Mexico limited liability company. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, our Blueprint Assistant Chatbot, and our bespoke landing page engineering services. By securing a priority build slot, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Service

Dodee LLC designs and engineers highly customized, high-converting, mobile-first single-page landing page frameworks tailored for US high-ticket local services.

• Blueprint Extraction: We collect business parameters to design custom visual headlines, estimators, and section blueprints.
• Delivery & Revisions: Standard delivery of the initial visual draft is completed within 7 business days from brand asset receipt. A priority slot includes up to 3 structured revisions rounds.

2. Financial Terms & Stripe Deposits

All pricing schedules are clearly defined on our homepage in USD:

• Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable 30% reservation deposit ($177.00 today) is required to secure a priority seat in our weekly development cycle.
• Remaining Balance: The remaining 70% balance ($420.00) is due upon your final approval of the live visual draft before hosting deployment or archive transfer.
• Secure Processing: Payments are securely routed through certified Stripe SSL encrypted merchant clearing networks in the United States.

3. Customer Obligations & Brand Assets

To maintain our rapid delivery cycles, you must provide your active brand assets (including high-resolution logos, vector files, copy text, domain access credentials, and styling reference guidelines) in a timely manner. We are not responsible for delivery delays resulting from customer delays in providing these assets.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon final settlement of the remaining balance ($420.00), all custom graphics, visual code structures, layout schemas, and domain mappings created specifically for your project are transferred to your ownership. Dodee LLC retains the right to display design layouts within our interactive chatbot recommendations portfolio database.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and any transaction settled with Dodee LLC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **State of New Mexico, United States of America**, without regard to conflict of law principles.
